2. About Bind Shopping
Bind Shopping is a multi-vendor ecommerce marketplace founded in 2021 and operated by Lannie Technologies. We provide a platform that connects independent vendors with customers worldwide. We are not the seller of products but facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- One person or business entity may maintain only one account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Vendor Terms
4.1 Vendor Registration
- Vendors must provide valid business information
- Products must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Vendors are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, and images
- Vendors must maintain adequate inventory levels
4.2 Commission & Fees
Vendors agree to pay the commission rates as specified in their vendor agreement. Commission rates may vary based on product category and vendor performance.
4.3 Product Listings
All product listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.
5. Customer Terms
5.1 Purchases
- All purchases are subject to product availability
- Prices are set by individual vendors and may change without notice
- You agree to provide accurate shipping and billing information
- Payment must be made at the time of purchase
5.2 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, our return and refund policy applies.
6. Payment Terms
We support multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment gateways. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your complete payment card information.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is managed by individual vendors or our delivery partners
- Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
- Shipping costs are determined by vendor, product weight, and destination
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations - Multi-Vendor Process

Bind Shopping is a multi-vendor marketplace. This means that cancellation and refund requests are processed through the respective vendors who sold you the products, not directly by Bind Shopping.
While we facilitate and monitor these processes to ensure compliance with our policies, the actual processing is handled by individual vendors under our supervision.
8.1 Cancellation & Refund Process
- Request Submission: Submit your cancellation or refund request through your account dashboard
- Vendor Review: Request is forwarded to the vendor for review and approval (1-3 business days)
- Platform Review: Bind Shopping reviews vendor decision to ensure policy compliance (1-2 business days)
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (3-5 business days)
8.2 Processing Timeline
Total Processing Time
- Standard Timeline: Up to 10 working days from request submission to refund completion
- Vendor Response: 1-3 business days
- Platform Review: 1-2 business days
- Payment Processing: 3-5 business days (may vary by payment method and bank)
- Complex Cases: May require additional time for investigation
8.3 Handling Fees
Handling Fee Disclosure:
- A handling fee may be applicable in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Customer-initiated cancellations after order processing has begun
- Returns due to customer preference or change of mind
- Returns of items that have been used or partially used
- Special order or custom product cancellations
- Handling fees typically range from 5% to 15% of the order value, as determined by the vendor
- No handling fees apply for defective products, vendor errors, or platform-related issues
- The applicable handling fee (if any) will be clearly communicated before you confirm your cancellation or return request
8.4 Vendor Coordination
Since orders are fulfilled by independent vendors:
- Each vendor has final approval over cancellation and refund requests for their products
- Bind Shopping monitors all decisions to ensure they comply with our marketplace policies
- Communication is facilitated through our platform messaging system
- Disputes are mediated by our customer support team if vendor and customer cannot reach agreement
8.5 Refund Amount Calculation
Final refund amount may include deductions for:
- Handling Fee: 5-15% of product cost (if applicable)
- Return Shipping: Cost of return shipping (for customer-preference returns)
- Restocking Fee: For opened electronics or high-value items (vendor discretion)
- Partial Damage: Deduction for any damage or missing components
Example: For a $100 product with 10% handling fee and $5 return shipping (customer-preference return), refund = $100 - $10 - $5 = $85
8.6 Return & Refund General Terms

9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Use automated systems to access the platform
- Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Bind Shopping, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Lannie Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
Bind Shopping and Lannie Technologies are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and vendors should first be resolved through our support system. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lannie Technologies is registered.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
