2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet these conditions:

  • Unused Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and labels intact
  • Complete Set: All accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid order number and receipt
  • Within Time Frame: Return initiated within the specified period

3. How to Return an Item

Securely pack the item and ship using provided instructions. Keep tracking number.

Once item is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

4.2 Return Shipping Methods

  • Prepaid Label: We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns
  • Drop-off: Drop packages at designated courier locations
  • Pickup Service: Schedule a pickup for larger items (available in select areas)

5. Return Inspection & Processing

When we receive your return:

  • Quality Inspection: Item is inspected for condition and completeness (1-2 business days)
  • Verification: Checked against return request and eligibility criteria
  • Notification: You'll receive email update on inspection results
  • Refund Processing: If approved, refund is initiated immediately

Instead of a refund, you may request an exchange:

  • Size/Color Exchange: Swap for different size or color of same product
  • Product Exchange: Exchange for different product of equal or greater value
  • Faster Processing: Exchanges are typically processed faster than refunds

For a successful return, ensure:
Original Condition: Unused, unworn, unwashed
Tags Attached: All original tags and labels present
Original Packaging: Item in original box/packaging
Accessories Included: Chargers, cables, manuals, etc.

  • Returns are processed by individual vendors
  • Bind Shopping monitors all returns to ensure policy compliance
  • Our team mediates if there are disputes
  • Vendor ratings reflect their return handling performance

10. Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept delivery if package appears severely damaged
  • Take photos of damaged packaging immediately upon receipt
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection if required
