Returns Policy

At Bind Shopping, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following guidelines carefully:

1. Return Eligibility

1.1. Products are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1.2. To be eligible for return, products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. Products must be returned in the same packaging and with all original tags and labels intact.

1.3. Products that have been opened or used may still be eligible for return, but a handling fee of 40% of the invoice amount will apply. This means the buyer will receive 60% of the invoice amount for opened or used products.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns

2.1. Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Products significantly different from the description provided.
  • Incorrect products received.
  • Change of mind (subject to eligibility conditions and handling fee).

2.2. Returns for reasons other than those listed above may be considered at our discretion.

3. Return Process

3.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@bindshopping.com or open a ticket on the platform within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. You can also make use the returns feature on your order.

3.2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

3.3. Products must be returned to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to our error or the product is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4.3. If a handling fee applies due to opened or used products, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
