- Wrong Items: Products that don't match the order description
- Missing Items: Incomplete orders or missing products
- Not as Described: Items significantly different from listing

1.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products after download (unless defective)
- Perishable goods and food items
- Personal care and hygiene products (if opened)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable"
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
2. Refund Process
2.1 How to Request a Refund
Login to Your Account
Navigate to "My Orders" in your account dashboard
Select the Order
Find the order containing the item you want to refund
Submit Refund Request
Click "Request Refund" and provide reason and supporting evidence (photos if applicable)
Review & Approval
The vendor and our team will review your request (typically within 2-3 business days)
2.2 Refund Timeline
- Review Period: 2-3 business days for request evaluation
- Approval Notification: You'll receive email confirmation once approved
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
3. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
- Wallet Payment: Credited back to your Bind Shopping wallet
- Bank Transfer: Processed to your registered bank account
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or wallet credit (as per preference)
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use or wear
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Items returned after the standard return period
- Partially damaged items that are still usable
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for refund:
- Vendor Error: We cover return shipping (defective, wrong, or damaged items)
- Customer Preference: Customer pays return shipping (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.)
6. Multi-Vendor Considerations
As a multi-vendor marketplace, each vendor may have specific refund terms within the framework of this policy:
- Vendors may offer more generous refund terms than our standard policy
- Some product categories may have extended or shortened refund periods
- Check individual product pages for vendor-specific refund information
- Bind Shopping mediates disputes between customers and vendors
7. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
- Products used or damaged by customer
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Refund requests made after the specified return period
- Items purchased during final sale events (unless defective)
- Failure to provide required documentation or proof
