1.3. Bind Shopping reserves the right to refuse or terminate any account at its discretion, especially if fraudulent activity or violation of our policies is suspected.
2. Product Listings
2.1. By listing products on Bind Shopping, sellers agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their products, including descriptions, prices, and availability.
2.2. Sellers must ensure that their product listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and any other relevant jurisdictions, including intellectual property rights and product safety standards.
2.3. Bind Shopping reserves the right to remove any product listings that violate our policies or infringe upon the rights of others.
3. Commission and Payments
3.1. Sellers will receive a percentage commission on each sale made through Bind Shopping. The commission rate may vary depending on the product category.
3.2. Payments will be made on a weekly basis for the sales made during the previous week, minus any applicable commissions and fees.
3.3. Bind Shopping reserves the right to adjust commission rates and payment schedules at its discretion with prior notice to sellers.
4. Seller Obligations
4.1. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, including packaging, shipping, and customer service.
4.2. Sellers must promptly update product availability and notify Bind Shopping of any changes to their listings.
4.3. Sellers must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities on the Bind Shopping platform.
5. Seller Verification and Product Quality Checks
5.1. Bind Shopping reserves the right to verify the identity of sellers and may request additional documentation if necessary. This verification process may include verifying the seller's identity information provided during registration.
5.2. Sellers may also be subject to additional verification procedures, including but not limited to background checks and verification of business registration documents.
5.3. Bind Shopping reserves the right to conduct quality checks on product listings, including verifying the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and other relevant information provided by sellers.
5.4. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product images meet the required quality standards set by Bind Shopping. Poor-quality images may be rejected, and sellers may be required to upload high-quality images before their listings are approved.
5.5. Bind Shopping may also conduct random or periodic audits of product listings to ensure compliance with our quality standards and policies.
5.6. Sellers agree to cooperate fully with Bind Shopping during the verification process and to provide any requested information or documentation in a timely manner.
5.7. Bind Shopping reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of sellers who fail to cooperate with the verification process or whose products do not meet our quality standards.
6. Account Termination
6.1. Bind Shopping reserves the right to terminate any seller account if our policies are violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Sellers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their products and listings.
7.2. By listing products on Bind Shopping, sellers grant Bind Shopping a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their listings for the purpose of promoting and operating the platform.
8. Indemnification
8.1. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Bind Shopping harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their use of the platform or violation of these terms and conditions.
