Order Cancellation Made Easy
At Bind Shopping, operated by Lannie Technologies, we understand that plans change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel your orders on our multi-vendor marketplace.
1. Customer Cancellation Rights
1.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:
- Order Placed: Order status is "Pending" or "Processing"
- Not Yet Shipped: Vendor has not dispatched the item
- Within Time Frame: Typically within 24 hours of order placement
- Full Refund: Complete refund to original payment method
1.2 How to Cancel
Go to My Orders
Login and navigate to your order history
Select Order to Cancel
Click on the order you wish to cancel
Click "Cancel Order"
Select cancellation reason from the dropdown menu
Confirm Cancellation
Your refund will be processed automatically within 5-7 business days
2. After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. You have two options:
- Refuse Delivery: Reject the package when the delivery person arrives (subject to vendor approval)
- Return After Delivery: Accept the order and initiate a return request (see our Returns Policy)
3. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
Vendors may cancel orders in the following situations:
- Out of Stock: Product is no longer available
- Pricing Error: Significant pricing mistake on the listing
- Delivery Issues: Unable to deliver to specified address
- Payment Failure: Payment verification issues
In case of vendor-initiated cancellations, you will receive a full refund and email notification with the reason for cancellation.
4. Partial Order Cancellations
For orders containing multiple items from different vendors:
- You can cancel individual items if not yet shipped
- Refund will be issued for cancelled items only
- Remaining items will be processed normally
- Shipping charges may be recalculated
5. Cancellation & Refund Timeline
- Immediate: Order status updated to "Cancelled"
- 0-2 Hours: Notification sent to vendor
- 2-5 Business Days: Refund initiated to payment source
- 5-10 Business Days: Refund appears in your account
6. Special Cases
6.1 Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-ordered items can be cancelled anytime before the official release date with a full refund.
6.2 Digital Products
Digital products can be cancelled before download. Once downloaded, cancellation is not available (refer to our Refund Policy for defective digital products).
6.3 Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products may have different cancellation terms as specified by the vendor. Check product details before ordering.
